A Modern Way to Explore Your Unique Personality

What we believe
- Personality traits shape lives
- People want to understand their personalities but currently lack good tools
- Many popular personality tests tell unscientific fairy tales
- Others give feedback that is too general to be useful
- Recent advances in personality science allow us to do better

What we offer?
- We use the latest in personality science to help you understand your unique personality, how it fits into your life, and how it is seen by others
- We combine information specific to you with the latest scientific evidence and statistical learning to make unique predictions about you.
- For example, besides describing your unique personality trait profile, we predict which jobs, hobbies and social roles you may prefer, your psychological age, risk for mental health issues
- You can also get a second opinion by asking others to describe you
- For the highest accuracy, we offer the consensus view of your personalty
- You can book personal feedback sessions to discuss your results
- You control which results and how you see

Privacy and sharing your results
You may simply want to explore your personality. You can do this safely and privately.
But you may have been referred here by a prospective employer, counsellor or other professional. If so, you may be expected to share some results with them. But even then, you have full control over which results you share with them. By default, no result is shared with anyone.

Learning about you from you
We ask you to complete a personality test that usually takes about 10 to 15 minutes
We will analyse your responses in relation to thousands of others to generate results that we call Identity: how you see yourself compared to how others, and how your Identity fits yo your life
Although this is optional, we encourage you to take the test again in another day. We will combine the responses for more accurate results

Learning about you from others
- This is optional, but we encourage you to invite at least two people who know you well to also complete the test about you. This will produce results we call Reputation
- Others can provide a different perspective on our traits. They can see things about us we cannot.
- Sometimes, it can be uncomfortable to learn about what others think of us. But this help us understand better both ourselves and others behaviour towards us.
- You control what you see. For example, you may choose to only see the positive aspects of your Reputation.
- For the most well-rounded results, we also offer the Consensus view that combines both your Identity and Reputation.
- Science leaves no doubt: Consensus is the most accurate picture of individuals' personalities.
